Product Characteristic
1. High-density lithium iron phosphate batteries specially designed for loaders with high safety and long cycle life. The battery pack adopts customized die-casting aluminum shell, which significantly improves the anti-vibration performance and the structural strength exceeds the requirements of GB standard.
2. Electronically controlled shift manual transmission designed specifically for loaders. Fast shift response and low impact improve driving comfort. Motor gearbox integrated design, full helical gear, forced lubrication, long service life and low noise.
3. Small turning radius and high stability. The front and rear tire tracks coincide during steering, with low rolling resistance. The articulation adopts large span arrangement, which effectively reduces the articulation load. The frame structure is optimized by applying FEM simulation and analysis technology, and the load bearing capacity of the frame is greatly improved.
4. Integrated design of cab and battery cooling, simplified structure, easy installation and maintenance, and improved reliability. Automatic distribution of cooling capacity according to battery heating and cab cooling demand, realizing full utilization of cooling capacity and reducing energy consumption.
